The popular Knafeh Bakery — which operates out of a shipping container, is the brain child of brothers Ameer and Joey El-Issa. And they have become known as the “Bearded Bakers”
The Knafeh Bakery is a popular pop-up bakery that travels to different locations across NSW. The Bearded Bakers have brought their Middle Eastern Dessert to Campbelltown Arts Centre to work together with Fire and Rescue NSW's to promote FRNSW's "Keep Looking When Cooking" message.
