On a recent drive to Mount Wilson to photograph the splendid colours of Autumn, the drive turned into a disappointing lack of colour. A few reasons can be the factor here! Not being local, it is hard to judge when the colours are at their best. The other, be it climate change? We do not seem to have defined seasons like when I was younger. Summers hot, Winters freezing cold. Spring and Autumn a mix of both. Either I was to late by visiting the first week of May, which is our last month of Autumn. But by judging from the abundant amount of green leaf still on the trees. Mother Nature it seems is a little confused as what to do!
