North Rocks Dam

Bidjigal Reserve

Sunday 04.03.2018. My mate Malcolm and myself made the drive to Bidigal Reserve, to explore what is known as North Rocks Dam. The Dam, is technically not a dam. Rather a flood retarding basin. But it is still impressive. Now don’t be expecting a large body of water. As a flood retarding basin, it is there just in case of a major flood, rather than holding back water all the time.

As one can see, the signs posted around the site informing. "No Graffiti" clearly have no effect in deterring those with a spray can!
